SUPER SMASH BROS. FOR NINTENDO 3DS / WII U

The fighters return! For the first time, a new entry in the Super Smash Bros. fighting game series receives a dual release on the Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Wii U, heralding a new era for the franchise.

Featuring a roster of returning and select new fighters, Metroid fans can expect Samus to return as part of the core line-up. Unlike in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Samus will no longer lose her suit after performing a Final Smash attack to become Zero Suit Samus.

Instead, Zero Suit Samus is now a completely separate fighter with enhanced attacks and defensive abilities.

Sporting a visual style inspired by her appearance in Metroid: Other M, Samus is also joined by Metroid-themed stages and assist trophies.

Players can brawl in the Geothermal Power Plant of Metroid: Other M's Pyrosphere, and assist trophies in the form of Metroids, Mother Brain and even Dark Samus will give players an edge.

New fighters to the series include the likes of the Blue Bomber himself - Mega Man! The Villager from Animal Crossing, the Wii Fit Trainers from Wii Fit, Rosalina from Super Mario Galaxy and the Pokémon Greninja are just a few of the new faces.
