Walkthrough
SR388 is a deadly maze filled with hostile creatures along with the different Metroid forms. From start to finish, the labyrinthine passages and ancient ruins will direct you through the planet in a general linear fashion to confront all 39 Metroids before the final showdown with the Metroid Queen.
Read on for a fully detailed walkthrough including directions of where to find the Metroids, as well as the locations of all the handy items and weapons along the way (most are found in the Chozo ruin areas).
Just before we begin, keep in mind that you'll start off with the Morphing Ball and a healthy payload of 30 missiles. Only tricky enemies or particularly tough ones including the Metroids themselves will be mentioned in the guides.
